Brazil's Got a New President

New president Dilma Rousseff spoke to UN chief Ban Ki-moon trying to get Brazil a permanent seat on the UN security council. He congratulated Rousseff on her new presidency. Brazil is a temporary member of the council, and will hold its rotating presidency in februrary.
